Anti-human IFN-gamma Uni-rAbTM Recombinant Antibody (Cat.No. 98187-1-RR) direct coated 10 µg/mL on a MaxiSorp plate captures HumanKine® recombinant human IFN-gamma protein (Cat.No. HZ-1301) titrated from 200 – 0,01 nM. Primary NeutraKine® anti-human IFN-gamma Mouse IgG1 McAb (Cat.No. 69007-1-Ig) 1:1000 binds to the captured IFN-gamma antigen and is detected by the Nano-Secondary ® anti-mouse IgG1 recombinant VHH, Alkaline Phosphatase (Cat.No. sms1AP) 1:5000.
