How can I tell if an antibody is in stock?
We are proud of the fact that we manufacture all of our own antibodies and aim to maintain a full inventory. The vast majority of the time all of our pre-made antibodies should be in stock and available for shipping. If you order an item which is currently not available or out of stock a Proteintech representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Does Proteintech offer a custom antibody production service?
We provide a wide variety of custom services including cloning, protein expression, peptide synthesis, immunization, monoclonal and polyclonal antibody production and affinity purification. Please see the Custom Production section for more information.
How do I know if my order has been received by Proteintech?
We confirm receipt of all orders by e-mail or by fax. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of placing your order (Mon-Thurs), please contact us for confirmation.
