S100A11 Antibody

KD/KO Validated

Expression of S100A11 is often enhanced in diverse types of human cancers. Wang et al., while working with Proteintech antibody, suggested that S100A11 could be a helpful marker, especially for the classification of different stages of colorectal cancer.¹ While performing IHC and WB analysis, researchers also reported that protein levels of S100A11 were overexpressed in adenocarcinomas (ADC) and squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) when compared with noncancerous lung tissues.²

S100A11 antibody validated in IHC

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using S100A11 antibody (10237-1-AP) at a dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat-mediated antigen retrieved with TrisEDTA buffer (pH9).
