  WB analysis using 82128-1-RR (same clone as 82128-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82128-1-RR (USP14 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82128-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 82128-1-RR (same clone as 82128-1-PBS)

Background Information

USP14(Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 14) is also named as TGT and belongs to the peptidase C19 family. Mammalian USP14 is unique among known UBP enzymes in that it is activated catalytically upon specific association with the 26S proteasome. USP14 inhibition accelerated the degradation of oxidized proteins and enhanced resistance to oxidative stress.
