• 

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98011-4-RR (same clone as 98011-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICAM-1 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98011-4-RR, Clone: 240646A11) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control, and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with anti-human CD19. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98011-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98011-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98011-4-RR against Human ICAM-1/CD54 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.15 nM.
