  IF Staining of HeLa using 83501-7-RR (same clone as 83501-7-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using HEY2 antibody (83501-7-RR, Clone: 240474F2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83501-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HEY2 Recombinant antibody (83501-7-RR, Clone:240474F2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Control Antibody (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83501-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83501-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83501-7-RR against Human HEY2 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.08 nM.
