  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GATA3 Recombinant antibody (83808-2-RR, Clone:240684B8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  1x10^6 U937 were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GATA3 Recombinant antibody (83808-2-RR, Clone:240684B8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Background Information

GATA3 is a transcriptional factor that binds to the enhancer elements of all 4 T-cell antigen receptor genes. GATA3 is highly expressed in naive, freshly activated cells and Th2 lineage cells and thought to be necessary and sufficient for Th2 cytokine gene expression. GATA3 and TBET interfer with each other to regulate gene expression. This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against part of C-terminus of human GATA3.
