  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CHCHD10 antibody (CL488-25671) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-25671

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CHCHD10 (CL488-25671) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Background Information

CHCHD10 is a mitochondrial protein that is enriched at cristae junctions in the intermembrane space and is likely involved in mitochondrial genome stability and maintenance of cristae junctions. Mutations in CHCHD10 have recently been described as a cause of frontotemporal dementia (FTD) comorbid with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
