  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 98113-1-RR (same clone as 98113-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or anti-CD3/CD28 treated mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98113-1-RR, Clone: 241012G10) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD4 (GK1.5) (CL647-65104, Clone: GK1.5). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98113-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98113-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98113-1-RR against Mouse CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.342 nM.

Background Information

CD30 Ligand, also named as TNFSF8 and CD153, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily, and is a surface antigen used as a clinical marker for Hodgkin lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies. It induces the proliferation of T-cells. CD30L enhanced the proliferation of CD3-activated T cells, but induced differential responses, including cell death, in several CD30-positive lymphoma-derived cell lines.
