  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite®594-conjugated CCAR2 antibody (CL594-66497, Clone: 2D10F8 ) at dilution of 1:100.

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-66497

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human CCAR2 (CL594-66497, Clone:2D10F8) (red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL594-66497

  1X10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human CCAR2 (CL594-66497, Clone:2D10F8) (red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Background Information

Cell cycle and apoptosis regulator protein 2 (CCAR2), previously known as DBC1/KIAA1967, regulates diverse cellular functions including transcription, mRNA splicing, metabolism, and circadian cycle. CCAR2 is a critical regulator of cell death or survival following cellular stresses. CCAR2 is a widely expressed protein involved in the regulation of a variety of transcriptional complexes. High expression of CCAR2 correlates with poor outcomes in many human tumor types such as squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
