• 

  FC experiment of U266 using 98215-1-RR (same clone as 98215-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U266 cells (left) or HEK-293T (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human BCMA/TNFRSF17 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98215-1-RR, Clone: 241731A11) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98215-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98215-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98215-1-RR against Human BCMA/TNFRSF17 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.20 nM.
