  WB analysis of HSC-T6 using 84446-1-RR (same clone as 84446-1-PBS)

  HSC-T6 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84446-1-RR (Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys16) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84446-1-RR (Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys16) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 84446-1-RR (same clone as 84446-1-PBS)

  Trichostatin A treated and untreated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84446-1-RR (Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys16) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Alpha Tubulin (66031-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 84446-1-RR (same clone as 84446-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using Histone H2B antibody (84446-1-RR, Clone: 241194H2 ) at dilution of 1:850 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 84446-1-RR (same clone as 84446-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys16) antibody (84446-1-RR, Clone: 241194H2 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-4), CL488-phalloidin (green). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Dot Blot experiment of peptide using 84446-1-RR (same clone as 84446-1-PBS)

  Dot blot analysis was used to confirm the specificity of Acetyl-Histone H2B (Lys16) antibody. Acetylated peptides were spotted onto NC and probed with antibody at 1 µg/ml.The amount of peptide (μg/mL) spotted is indicated next to each row. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84446-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
