  WB analysis using 67219-1-Ig (same clone as 67219-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67219-1-Ig (VAMP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67219-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 67219-1-Ig (same clone as 67219-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 67219-1-Ig (VAMP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 (under 10x lens). Background Information

VAMP4 is a member of the vesicle-associated membrane protein (VAMP)/synaptobrevin family and the SNARE superfamily. Characterized by a common sequence called the SNARE motif, SNARE proteins are involved in membrane fusion and vesicular transport (PMID: 11252968). VAMP4 may play a role in trans-Golgi network to endosome transport.
