  WB analysis using 83175-2-RR (same clone as 83175-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83175-2-RR (TRIM54 antibody) at dilution of 1:7000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of C2C12 using 83175-2-RR (same clone as 83175-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed C2C12 cells using TRIM54 antibody (83175-2-RR, Clone: 230391G5 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83175-2-RR (same clone as 83175-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Trim54 Recombinant Antibody (83175-2-RR, Clone:230391G5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83175-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
