  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15320-1-AP (TNFAIP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15320-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TNFAIP1 was identified as a human gene activated transcriptionally by tumour necrosis factor alpha in endothelial cells. It is encoded by a 3.5-kilobase transcript and its expression is found to be developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner. The open reading frame predicts a 316-amino acid sequence rich in charged residues, particularly at the carboxyl terminus.
