  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using TMEM165 antibody (83146-1-RR, Clone: 230517B1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83146-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83146-1-RR (same clone as 83146-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TMEM165 Recombinant antibody (83146-1-RR, Clone:230517B1) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83146-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
