  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  WB result of TBCD antibody (82911-1-RR; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TBCD transfected MCF-7 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82911-1-RR (TBCD antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using TBCD antibody (82911-1-RR, Clone: 230209H7 ) at dilution of 1:150 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM004). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-1-RR, Clone:230209H7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82911-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82911-1 -RR against Human TBCD were performed. The affinity constant is 1.52 nM.
