Validation Data Gallery

• 

  WB analysis using 30079-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30079-1-AP (SYCP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 30079-1-AP

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human SYCP3 (30079-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Recommended dilution

Background Information

SYCP3 is an essential structural component of the synaptonemal complex. This complex is involved in synapsis, recombination and segregation of meiotic chromosomes. SYCP3 is required for centromere pairing during meiosis in male germ cells. SYCP3 is also required for normal meiosis during spermatogenesis and male fertility. Mutations in SYCP3 are associated with azoospermia in males and susceptibility to pregnancy loss in females.
