  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 83100-2-RR (same clone as 83100-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using PCYT1A antibody (83100-2-RR, Clone: 230393G2 ) at dilution of 1:25 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83100-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 83100-2-RR (same clone as 83100-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human PCYT1A (83100-2-RR, Clone:230393G2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83100-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
