![The affinity of Nano-Secondary® alpaca anti-rabbit IgG Fc, recombinant VHH, for 2x Cys conjugation [CTK0119] towards rabbit IgG was determined using biolayer interferometry (BLI). Biotinylated, polyclonal rabbit IgG was immobilized on Streptavidin biosensors and assayed with 0.3 to 10 nM VHH. Fit indicates a 1:1 binding model fitted to the data.
