  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30555-1-AP (MFSD2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30555-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

MFSD2 is a transmembrane protein and sodium-dependent lysophosphatidylcholine transporter. MFSD2 is involved in the establishment of the blood-brain barrier and is required for brain growth and function.
