WB analysis of MDA-MB-231 using 84198-1-RR (same clone as 84198-1-PBS)
WB result of LDHA-Specific antibody (84198-1-RR; 1:1000; room temperature for 1.5 hours) with wild-type and LDHA knockout MDA-MB-231 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84198-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

The Proteintech guarantee covers Proteintech antibodies in any species and any application, including those not listed on the datasheet. If the antibody doesn’t perform, you can receive a hassle-free refund or credit note.
LDHA, also named as LDH-M and NY-REN-59, is an enzyme which catalyzes the inter-conversion of pyruvate and L-lactate with concomitant inter-conversion of NADH and NAD+. LDHA is found in most somatic tissues, though predominantly in muscle tissue and tumours, and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. It has long been known that many human cancers have higher LDHA levels compared to normal tissues. It has also been shown that LDHA plays an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of malignancies.

The species listed in Tested Reactivity are in-house verified and applicable species. For unlisted species, please refer to the homology analysis of the immunogen sequence and related species. For rabbit polyclonal antibodies, homology >70% is recommended. For mouse monoclonal antibodies and rabbit recombinant antibodies, homology >90% is recommended. Generally, the higher the homology, the greater the applicability. However, there will be certain differences in protein expression in different species, tissues or cells. Therefore, the homology analysis results are for reference only and do not serve as a guarantee.
