• 

  WB analysis of rat skin using 83379-1-RR (same clone as 83379-1-PBS)

  rat skin tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83379-1-RR (KRT14 antibody) at dilution of 1:1400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83379-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83379-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83379-1-RR against Human Cytokeratin 14 were performed. The affinity constant is 43.1 nM.
