  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30161-1-AP (IPMK antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30161-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using IPMK antibody (30161-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red). Background Information

IPMK plays an important role in MLKL-mediated necroptosis via its role in the biosynthesis of inositol pentakisphosphate (InsP5) and inositol hexakisphosphate (InsP6). It is required for normal embryonic development, probably via its role in the biosynthesis of inositol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisphosphate (Ins(1,3,4,5,6)P5) and inositol hexakisphosphate (InsP6).
