  HA-tag recombinant protein, non-transfected HEK-293 cells, transfected HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 81290-1-RR (HA Tag antibody) at dilution of 1:30000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81290-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 Transfected HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HA Tag Recombinant antibody (81290-1-RR, Clone:6I21) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), and 0.25 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81290-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Protein tags are a protein or peptide sequences located either on the C- or N- terminal of the target protein, which can facilitate solubility, detection, purification, localization, and expression of the target protein. The HA tag corresponds to amino acid residues YPYDVPDYA of a surface glycoprotein -human influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA).
