  WB analysis of Daudi using 82920-1-RR (same clone as 82920-1-PBS)

  Daudi cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82920-1-RR (GSDMA antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82920-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82920-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82920-1-RR against Human GSDMA were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

Gasdermins, a family of five pore-forming proteins (GSDMA-GSDME) in humans expressed predominantly in the skin, mucosa and immune sentinel cells, are key executioners of inflammatory cell death (pyroptosis), which recruits immune cells to infection sites and promotes protective immunity. GSDMA was predicted to enable phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate binding activity, phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate binding activity, and phosphatidylserine binding activity. Involved in apoptotic process.
