  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FBXO44 Recombinant antibody (82857-2-RR, Clone:230229G7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82857-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82857-2-RR

Background Information

FBXO44 is a member of the F-box protein family that shares a function as substrate recognition factors for the SKP1-CUL1-F-box (SCF)-type ubiquitin ligase. Several human FBXs (FBXO2, FBXO6, FBXO17, FBXO27, and FBXO44) share a conserved G domain (also known as FBA domain), which is responsible for recognizing N-glycan moieties by most FBXs in this group except FBXO44.
