  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67879-1-Ig (DAXX antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67879-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Death domain-associated protein (DAXX) is a transcription repressor involved in both physiological and pathological conditions. DAXX overexpression is a common feature in diverse cancers, which correlates with tumorigenesis, disease progression and treatment resistance.
