• 

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98042-1-RR (same clone as 98042-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98042-1-RR, Clone: 240427E12) or 0.25 ug Isotype Control and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD3. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98042-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98042-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98042-1-RR against Human CD4 were performed. The affinity constant is 3.88 nM.
