  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP00248-3, Human B7-H3/CD276 Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 83152-2-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Eg0075. 83152-1-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 7.8-500 pg/mL.

  Sample test of MP00248-3

  A549 were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 2.5 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. An aliquot of the cell culture supernate was removed, assayed for human B7-H3/CD276, and measured 346.1 pg/mL.

  Sample test of MP00248-3

  Urine of eight individual healthy human donors was measured. The B7-H3/CD276 concentration of detected samples was determined to be 19.6 ng/mL with a range of 3.0 - 52.0 ng/mL.

  The mean B7-H3/CD276 concentration was determined to be 178.3 ng/mL in A549 cell extract based on a 3.8 mg/mL extract load.
