  1X10^6 MOLT-4 cells were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD1a (65172-1-Ig, Clone:HI149) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control then with CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000. Cells were not fixed.
