  WB analysis using 67540-1-Ig (same clone as 67540-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67540-1-Ig (CCT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67540-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CCT7 antibody (67540-1-Ig, Clone: 2C1G1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67540-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

CCT7 is a subunit of CCT complex-a large cytosolic chaperonin complex composed of two hetero-oligomeric stacked rings able to interact with nascent polypeptides, which mediates protein folding in an ATP-dependent manner and prevents aggregation in eukaryotes. Each ring consists of eight different subunits (CCT1 to CCT8). CCT7 is involved in preventing aggregation of GPCRs and in regulating their expression, maturation, and transport to the cell surface.
