• 

  WB analysis using CL488-66833

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL488-66833 (AGER antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of rat lung using CL488-66833

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded rat lung tissue using CoraLite® Plus 488 AGER antibody (CL488-66833, Clone: 3D4G11 ) at dilution of 1:200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
