Informations générales
Janus kinases (JAKs) are non-receptor tyrosine kinases that are activated by cytokine binding to cytokine receptors resulting in stimulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Aberrant activation of this signaling pathway is associated with numerous immune disorders and cancer. This antibody can detect full-length band of 130 kDa, and another bands 150 kDa after posttranslational modification.
