  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 60239-1-Ig

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60239-1-Ig (Desmocollin 2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Raji using 60239-1-Ig

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60239-1-Ig (Desmocollin 2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 60239-1-Ig

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60239-1-Ig (Desmocollin 2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 60239-1-Ig

  1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were stained with 0.20ug Desmocollin 2 antibody (60239-1-Ig, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH.

Informations générales

Desmocollin 2 (DSC2) is a member of the desmocollin subfamily of the cadherin superfamily. The desmocollins (DSC1-3), along with the desmogleins (DSG1-4), are found primarily in epithelia and cardiac muscle where they constitute the adhesive proteins of the intercellular desmosome junctions and are required for cell adhesion and desmosome formation. Mutations in DSC2 gene are associated with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia-11.
