  WB analysis of mouse heart using 51148-1-AP

  mouse heart tissue and mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 51148-1-AP (HYAL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: HeLa-Zellen
