3D Epitope Mapping: At Proteintech, we applied several experimental techniques, such as peptide scanning and microbial display, to map the exact antibody binding site (epitope) on the target protein, which is then displayed in a 3D view. The 3D view of target proteins is based on published protein data and AI modeling. We believe that the data will help your research in many ways, ranging from ELISA experiments to drug design.
Immunogen Information: By definition, an immunogen is used in immunization to induce antibody formation, and it can be a whole protein or a part of a protein. It differs from the epitope, which represents the exact antibody binding site. In addition to the 3D epitope marked here, we also added immunogen information as a bar graph at the top of the search return pages for you to select antibodies based on the immunogen.
Below is an example view of TDP43 antibodies. Exit it, and you will see a full list of all epitope-mapped antibodies to many targets.
