• 

  WB analysis of SKOV-3 using 25166-1-AP

  SKOV-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25166-1-AP (ZNF711 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 25166-1-AP

Background Information

ZNF711 also named as CMPX1 or Zinc finger protein 6 is a 761 amino acid protein, which contains 12 C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family. ZNF711 localizes in the nucleus and is expressed in neral tissue. ZNF711 as a transcription factor is required for brain development. ZNF711 mutation may have an association with mental retardation.
