  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using TRIM22 antibody (83479-4-RR, Clone: 240411D6 ) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83479-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83479-4-RR (same clone as 83479-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TRIM22 Recombinant antibody (83479-4-RR, Clone:240411D6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83479-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83479-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83479-4-RR against Human TRIM22 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.181 nM.
