  WB analysis of HepG2 using 15459-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15459-1-AP (TNIP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

TNIP2, also named as ABIN2 and FLIP1, inhibits NF-kappa-B activation by blocking the interaction of RIPK1 with its downstream effector NEMO/IKBKG. It acts as transcriptional coactivator when translocated to the nucleus. TNIP2 has some isoforms with MW 49 kDa and 37 kDa.
