  WB analysis of THP-1 using 83721-7-RR (same clone as 83721-7-PBS)

  Untreated, LPS and Brefeldin A treated THP-1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83721-7-RR (TNF-alpha antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83721-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83721-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83721-7-RR against Human TNF-alpha were performed. The affinity constant is 8.51 nM.
