The predicted MW of TMEM119 is 29 kDa. Catalog#66948-1-Ig recognizes 50 kDa band may due to glycosylation.

The antibody works using the antigen retrieval method beforehand and using normal goat serum as a blocking buffer. Images not perfect but it still allows the antibody to be expressed.
