  WB analysis of K-562 using 19329-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19329-1-AP (TIE1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 19329-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19329-1-AP (Tie1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 19329-1-AP
