  IF Staining of HeLa using 83167-5-RR (same clone as 83167-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using TGFB2-Specific antibody (83167-5-RR, Clone: 230461F5 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83167-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 83167-5-RR (same clone as 83167-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Tgfb2-Specific Recombinant Antibody (83167-5-RR, Clone:230461F5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83167-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
