  WB analysis using 31150-1-AP (same clone as 31150-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31150-1-AP (TBL3 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31150-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using TBL3 antibody (31150-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31150-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Transducin (beta)-like 3 (TBL3) is a protein of 808 amino acids with an apparent molecular weight of 89 kilodaltons.In mice, Tbl3 is a newly recognized nucleolar protein with regulatory roles in ribosome biogenesis (doi: 10.5315/wjh.v3.i3.93). In zebrafish, Tbl3 plays a tissue-specific role in regulating cell cycle rate during development(PMID: 22659140).
