• 

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 11063-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11063-1-AP (SYCE1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse testis using 11063-1-AP

  IP result of anti-SYCE1 (IP:11063-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:11063-1-AP 1:800) with mouse testis tissue lysate 4800ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovary tumor using 11063-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary tumor using 11063-1-AP (SYCE1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).
