  FC experiment of human blood using 65585-1-MR (same clone as 65585-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human blood cells were surface unstained or stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65585-1-MR, Clone: STRO-1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim cells were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65585-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim cells were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65585-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were not fixed. CD45 dim cells were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65585-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
