• 

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 18218-1-AP

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18218-1-AP (SHROOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A375 using 18218-1-AP

  A375 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18218-1-AP (SHROOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of MCF-7 using 18218-1-AP

  IP result of anti-SHROOM1 (IP:18218-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:18218-1-AP 1:700) with MCF-7 cells lysate 3600 ug.
