  WB analysis using 11044-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11044-1-AP (SFRS7 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 11044-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11044-1-AP (SFRS7 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

SFRS7 is a member of the serine/arginine (SR) splicing factor family, which mediated the alternative splicing events target the resulting mRNAs for degradation by means of an RNA surveillance pathway called nonsense-mediated mRNA decay. It was found to repress the splicing of MAPT/Tau exon 10
