  IF Staining of HEK-293T using 29301-1-AP (same clone as 29301-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA fixed HEK293T cells overexpressing ACE2 and TMPRSS using NSP15 antibody (29301-1-AP, green) at dilution of 1:200. Cells were infected with virus (dsRNA, in red, MOI 0.01, 48hpi). The images were credited by Dr. Irene Chen, Gladstone Institute. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 29301-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  ELISA experiment using 29301-1-AP (same clone as 29301-1-PBS)

  SARS-CoV-2 Envelope protein Antibody (29301-1-AP) tested by ELISA. SARS-COV-2 NSP15 protein was coated onto microtiter plates at 1 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-COV-2 NSP15 protein Antibody (29301-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 29301-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
